Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in the event that an incorrect item or size was shipped due to our error. Customer-initiated exchange requests (i.e., change of mind) are not accepted at this time.
Handcrafted Products — Please Note
All Elite Premium Denim products are Hand-Made and Hand-Stitched. Select items also feature Hand-Painted details. Because each piece is crafted individually, no two items will be exactly identical. Minor paint variations or imperfections on Hand-Painted products are inherent to the handcrafted nature of the item and are not considered defects. Every product is one of a kind.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unaltered, and unworn to qualify.
- If an incorrect size was ordered by the customer, this may affect return eligibility.
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, contact our Customer Service Department at EliteDenimSales@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return or exchange
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
